Radia is contracted with the insurance companies and health plan administrators listed below. Please be aware that these contracts change frequently. While we will continually update this list, you should always confirm insurance coverage prior to your appointment.Insurance contracts vary. Please contact the Radia site of interest for details.
Those insurance companies we have a contract with, which we are required to accept what they allow as payment in full, do not bill the patient unless directed to do so by the insurance. In some cases, a referral/authorization may be required in order to provide and be reimbursed for services rendered.

- First Choice (many payors under this umbrella)
- Labor & Industries a/k/a L & I (State plan)
- Medicare Part B (through Nordian)
- Molina
- MultiPlan
- Premera (Blue Cross)
- Railroad Medicare
- Regence (Blue Shield)
- Tricare/Foundation Health - Traditional and Prime (a/k/a Champus)
- Uniform Medical Plan
- Workmen's Compensation (self-insured plans - many under this category)
Radia is not currently contracted with the following payors:
- Corvel (WMI contract) terminated on 9/30/04
- First Health/Affordable Healthcare Compare (terminated for dates of service 10/1/04 and forward)
- Great West Life (formerly One Healthplan of Washington) terminated for dates of service 12/1/04 and forward
- Group Health Commercial
- Northwest One
- PacifiCare of Washigton (WMI contract) terminated on 9/30/04
- PHC
- PPO Next a/k/a Preferred Health Network (terminated for dates of service 10/1/04 and forward)
- United Healthcare
